WESTBANK CENTRE

A short drive from Kelowna’s downtown core resides another commercial district, consisting of big box retailers, restaurants, local retailers, a cinema, supermarkets, the Two Eagles Golf Course, and the largest Wal Mart in Western Canada.

Growing in size and popularity are many condo developments and small family residential developments, as well as some beautiful homes along the golf course and lakefront properties. Westbank Centre is also a stone’s throw from the lakeshore and beautiful wine country.

Elementary, middle, and high schools are all close to this already central area, making it an ideal place for families. The lakefront in this area is better known as Green Bay, consisting of a popular youth club and summer camp, lakefront farm or growing areas, and some very high-end lakefront homes.
